The Pre-Summit Workshop will examine the elements essential to the investment anatomy of a mutually-beneficial partnership, featuring sessions on Background & Context, Identifying (& Mitigating) Risk and Financial Structures & Considerations. The faculty will include today’s leaders in transportation infrastructure from firms such as Mayer Brown LLP, The Carlyle Group, Ernst & Young, Moffatt & Nichol and Nossaman Guthner Knox & Elliott LLP.
